Shipping
- Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum order value.
- Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Delivery windows depend on destination — see the table below.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
- We ship worldwide to 40+ countries, with the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Western Europe as our core markets.
- Optional delivery protection at checkout covers loss or damage in transit.

Customs, duties and currency
- All prices are in USD and charged in USD. Your bank may add a conversion fee on non-USD cards.
- Shipping is free to every destination we serve — there is no surcharge for international delivery.
- Where a destination country charges import duty or VAT on arrival, that cost is the customer's responsibility unless it was collected at checkout.
- We declare parcels accurately; we cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare value.
- Radar detector legality varies by country — check your local rules before ordering.
Returns
- 30-day money-back guarantee: you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
- The device must be returned with all accessories and its packaging in resalable condition.
- Email returns@getmcflash.com first — we issue return instructions and the correct address.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — this applies to international returns too.
- UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, which runs alongside our 30-day guarantee.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email returns@getmcflash.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including return postage. If you added delivery protection, replacement is prioritised.
Warranty
Every unit carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — see the warranty page for what is and is not covered.
