Covered

• Device failing to power on or losing power in normal use.
• Detection circuitry failing to alert on any supported band.
• Speaker, display or button failure not caused by impact.
• Faulty supplied power cable or mount.

Not covered

• Physical damage from drops, impacts or liquid ingress.
• Damage from use outside the stated operating conditions, or from non-supplied power adapters.
• Cosmetic wear such as scratches to the housing.
• Loss or theft of the device.
• Any citation you receive — a detector is a warning tool, not a guarantee.

How to claim

1. Email returns@getmcflash.com with your order number and a short description of the fault.
2. Include a photo or short video of the issue where possible.
3. We confirm the claim and, if approved, ship a replacement or issue a refund. You may be asked to return the faulty unit.
